Brochure (Word or pdf)A series of workshops offered in several states will provide current training in biosecurity theory and practices and give participants adaptable tools to implement both biosecurity and BMPs at aquaculture facilities. The workshops also provide a venue for networking with the diverse community influencing aquaculture, including other farmers, testing laboratories, university researchers and policymakers/regulators. Program Coordinated by Ken Semmens, WVU Extension Specialist for Aquaculture. Funds have been allocated to reimburse producers for travel-related expenses to attend the workshop. Producers are encouraged to request access to these funds via written application, available from Ken Semmens.
