In order to become a full Active, all Pledges must complete the following:

16 HOURS of SERVICE including

4 HOURS of service to the CHAPTER
4 HOURS of service to the CAMPUS
4 HOURS of service to the COMMUNITY
4 HOURS of service in the area of SCOUTING or YOUTH
2 HOURS in a PLEDGE PROJECT
(at least 2 HOURS of the 16 must be with your "Big")

A KEY with SIGNATURES of ACTIVE BROTHERS

The Fraternity's highest honor is the Distinguished Service Key, which is only given to those brothers who demonstrate "Unselfish Service of the Highest Caliber". The keys on which the pledges collect signatures is made of wood, stained, and modeled after this key.

A "BIO BOOK"

In order to get to know some of the people who are pledging as well as some of the active brothers, pledges are required to complete a "Bio Book" of simple interviews with a certain number of Pledges and Actives included. Part of the Bio Book includes an interesting question of the pledge's choice.

ATTENDANCE at 1 COMMITTEE MEETING
ATTENDANCE at ACTIVATION

COMPLETION of ALL QUIZZES

Simple, short quizzes will be given at a few of the pledge meetings regarding the history and goals of the fraternity. They are very easy and study guides are given. Pledges are allowed to retake quizzes until they pass.
